Main products: Large and medium sized harvest machinery gearboxes, engineering & construction machinery gearboxes, all kinds of small sized agricultural machinery gearboxes and multiple gear spare parts.

Annual Production Capacity: 15,000 sets of gearboxes for large and medium sized harvest machinery, 12,000 sets of gearboxes for engineering & construction machinery, 200,000 pieces of gearboxes for various small sized agricultural machinery and 180,000 pieces of gears.

Management & Equipment: JCTT has already established ISO9001 Quality System examined & verified by Third Party of CQC and passed second-degree safety quality standardization for machinery manufacturing enterprise. The core parts of gearboxes are all produced by JCTT. In process of machining, our plant extensively adopts high-end information-based manufacturing & inspection equipment. JCTT owns gear testing centers, Japanese & German machining centers, German CMMs, German IPSON heat treatment lines, German double-blade milling machines and tapered spline machining tools. In China, we are the first to adopt laser techniques in ring gear heat treatment machining, and our technical skill of controlling heat treatment deformation has achieved domestically leading level.
